Halloween at Whittier Farms!
On Friday October 31st, Whittier Farms will have a Pumpkin Carving Contest, Halloween Costume Contest,
and Pumpkin Lighting!
The Pumpkin Lighting will begin at 4:30pm outside
The Milk Store
Pumpkin Carving Contest
◦Pumpkins must be entered between Thursday Oct. 30 at 9am and 3pm Friday Oct. 31. Entrants must fill out the entry form at the store.
◦Winners will be notified Nov.1st.
◦Pumpkins must be carved, not painted
◦Prizes will be awarded for the following age categories:
◾5&under, 6-11, 12-15, & Adults
Halloween Costume Contest
◦From 2pm-5pm Halloween Day
◦Prizes awarded for the following age groups: baby-2, 3-7, 8-14, and adult
◦Stop by the Store in your costume between 2pm-5pm to have your picture taken. The judges will review the photos and we will notify the winner on November 1st.
Thanksgiving and Christmas Orders
Invite the family and friends and we'll take care of the food. Order your farm fresh turkey (Outpost Farm, Holliston, MA), our own homemade pies, breads, cookies, and butternut squash to make your Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner outstanding!
Order Forms are available at The Milk Store for both holidays and pick-up is the day before the holiday. Thanksgiving Order Forms are due by Nov. 17th and Christmas Order Forms are due Dec. 17th.
SUTTON CHAIN OF LIGHTS
Join us Saturday December 6th, 2014 to celebrate
Christmas on the Farm as part of the annual Sutton Chain of Lights. We will have wagon-ride tours of the farm, pony rides, and the petting zoo. Join Jake the Lion from the Worcester Bravehearts for lunch with the Sutton Lion's Club. Take your picture with our Reinstein's and tractor display. Experience Mrs. Claus' Bake Shop and her sweet Christmas treats. New this year, come meet Cabot Dairy Farmers from all throughout New England.
Saturday December 6th, 2014 from 10am-4pm.
Feel free to park your car in the pasture and hop on the trolley for free transportation to the other stops in town.
